How to Get Involved

Welcome to the UW Hillel Foundation!  It is very easy to get involved with UW Hillel. Whether you would like to join us for one of the many events we offer each week or to join us for Shabbat services and dinner on a Friday night, come and visit us at our temporary home at 401 N. Lake St.  Get involved in one of our project teams or join any of our student organizations. Come to plan events, promote social change, attend a program or just hang out with other UW students. 

At the beginning of each semester UW Hillel hosts several programs to welcome students back to campus. Hillel provides a variety of venues, like our Back to School Kick-Off party, where students come to meet student leaders and staff, sign-up for various committees, meet other interested students and find out about what Hillel has to offer. Students join Hillel projects and organizations throughout the year and many students even propose their own programs, with Hillel providing the structure and support to make them happen.
