SUPPORT SHABBAT
Coming together as a community to celebrate Shabbat is one of the many things that makes UW Hillel such a special place to be. Every week, roughly 150 students join together at Hillel for Reform or Conservative student-led Shabbat services, followed by Shabbat dinner. Dinner is served by Adamah Neighborhood Table and FREE to all students.
Why you should support Shabbat
We cannot build this Jewish community without your support. A gift of $3,000 will fully sponsor a Friday night’s services, Kiddush, challah, candles, and delicious meal. In addition, you choose which night you wish to sponsor—to mark a milestone or a special occasion, to tell Hillel students about your initiative or organization, or just to show your support to our students. Shabbat sponsorships help us to truly make our Hillel a home away from home for Jewish students and are an opportunity to reach even more of our students.
